Losing your routine sucks. I've gained back a couple pounds, and need to get back on the horse.

Funny how one day I can LOVE the gym every day.

30 days later, I dread it. For no reason.

Also, carbs are the devil.

  1. Hang it there and keep up the work, Greg. I lost 70 lbs and recently gained back 10 by letting things slip "a little." I'm getting back on that horse today and hope that you are loving the gym again.
