Haven't updated in a while. I didn't lose any weight last week (stayed the same), and not sure about this week (weigh in is tomarrow).

I was sick as a dog last week, didn't really get any exersize in. Its SO hard to get back on track after missing a bunch of days in a row, the thought of going in always just seems exhausting. But, I gotsta. Went yesterday on the eliptical for 55 min, burned 900 calories.

A huge plus, I learned, is that if I work real hard on coordination, I can play play peggle while riding my iron steed, at max resistance.

Anything to take my mind off the challenge at hand is always nicely accepted. I told myself a couple weeks ago that I was going to start with weights again (right before I got sick), and completely kicked my own ass. It took about a week for my quads to stop punishing me.

In sad news, I don't think I'm going to go to cedar point on halloween. Even if I would have hit my goal of 350 by oct31, I don't think I'd be fitting in the rides. The CP website says that 52"chest (not there), or a weight of 215 (which is just hysterical) is required.

If I wait till the spring, I think I can get down to a 52" chest. As per 215... yeah right.
