Well, I was pretty spot on. I gained 2 pounds. I was pissed off all weekend about it, and I'm happy now. I don't wanna lose weight if I don't earn it.

I'm going to have a "perfect week". That doesn't mean nun-like abstinence, it just means a normal week.

I'm going to eat healthy meals I enjoy. I'll snack, on good stuff. Finish a week with no regrets. Also, get my regular exercise (5-6 out of 7 days) in.

I'm up to the following elliptical workout.

10 min @ resistance 16\20
10 min @ resistance 18\20
25 min @ resistance 20\20.

Almost to 45 min @ 20, then moving forward to an hour!

Here's to a new start. Seems like every week is becoming one!

Edit: Food yesterday

Breakfast: ungodly amount of carrots, 100cal yogurt
Snack: 1\2 bagel + cream cheese
Lunch: 280 cal shrimp\chicken\broccoli\pasta microwave bowl
Snack: Banana
After Workout Snack: 60 cal flatbread, 3 tbsp hummas
Dinner: 6oz fish, 1\2C rice, 1.5 ears corn, with salt\light marg
