Well, I got a 4 pound loss the last week, zero hour pu

llthrough! That puts me at 112 pounds lost, (almost 100 since the blog started!), which is as much as the king of pop weighed the day he died.

I ate the hell out of some fruits and veggies monday and tuesday, think it helped me out. I get so damn happy when I get losses of this magnitude, an

d they aren't even very hard to achieve. Just be consistant, and don't be dumb. Its shouldn't be hard. This puts me two pounds behind in my 50 pounds till haloween challenge I got. And after last weeks 0 pound change, I'll take it. Time to catch up!

On to something completely different. There is one clothing company I've always respected, and thats Ecko. Back when I was a big old high school kid, and I first had to go to big and tall stores, it was daunting. All the clothes there are hideous.

• I hated polos (at the time, but love em now),
• the only people who should wear Hawaiian shirts are Samoans (or Hawaiians)
• Beer\Jack Daniels shirts that I couldn't even wear to school
• big dog shirts.... don't even get me started.

Fat people don't want to wear billboards that say, "ZOMFG I R FATTIE". Who thought that was a great brand? Seriously?!

Anyways, one outlet sold ecko clothes. They where cool, they where hip, and they where comfy as hell. It seemed like something I could have bought in a normal store, like the "normies" do. My favorite piece of clothing, by FAR was this ecko hoodie (pic is about 5 years old, not sure I much I weighed, prolly 450):

I've had that thing for over 10 years now, its riddled with hole, and is in desparite need of repair. I guess it means a lot to me, in a time where I had no idea what to think of myself, had all the normal self-hatred of a teenager, plus the "weight complex". It kind of just spoke to me and said "see, look. Clothes can be normal, you don't have to hate what you wear, or be super depressed about clothes shopping." I still wear it at least 3 days a week in the winter :D
